Hailing from Coventry in the West Midlands, Terry Hall first came to prominence in the late 1970’s fronting influential ska revivalists The Specials, releasing two albums and 7 top ten singles including the classics ‘Gangsters’ and ‘Ghost Town’ before breaking away with Lynval Golding and Neville Staple to form the Fun Boy Three in mid-1981.

Over the next two years FB3 released two albums and a variety of hit singles, the second album most notably produced by Talking Heads leader David Byrne. Next followed The Colourfield formed with ex-2 Tone Records Swinging Cats member Toby Lyons, releasing two albums before moving to a trio with US born Blair Booth and Anouchka Grose to form Terry, Blair & Anouchka.

This Collection covers a selection of singles and key tracks from all these incarnations to offer a full overview of Terry’s 1980’s output. Represented here in a new 6 panel digipak design.
