Signing to Chrysalis in 1972 and best known for the single ‘Darlin’ from 1977’s ‘Full House’ album. His first album was produced by Dave Robinson (Stiff Records) and backed by Brinsley Schwartz. The second album was partly written and produced by Allen Toussaint and recorded in Atlanta. Subsequent albums being produced by high profile producers Elliot Mazer (Neil Young’s Harvest), Chris Thomas (Queen, Roxy Music) and Jack Douglas (John Lennon).

This new set has been expanded to a 7CD box set featuring all 7 of Frankie’s Chrysalis Records albums, containing 87 songs including a previously unreleased mix of his 2nd album ‘High Life’ (a fan holy grail) and a few stand alone singles and b-sides.

This edition is presented in a clamshell box with 7CD’s housed in card wallets and an 8 page booklet.
